MCCT and the City of Mill Valley are thrilled to announce the 2022 Inaugural Student Internship Program!
Five students of color from Marin City participate in a paid summer internship program focusing on:
practical and bona-fide workplace experience;
exposure, education, and practice in civic engagement;
exposure and practice in a variety of industries and career fields within different City departments, including but not limited to Public Works (Engineering), Recreation, Library, and/or City Administration (Human Resources, Finance, City Clerk, City Manager).
Interns also have dedicated mentors to enhance their experience.
Our goal is to create a supportive environment centered on transparency and trust designed to enhance students’ educational, professional, and interpersonal skills.
